Availability of catering for evening events can be arranged via the conference coordinator on an individual booking basis. However, extra staffing costs may be incurred.

We tend to find that those who may wish to hire out one or more of our entertainment venues have very differing specifications. As such it is very difficult to provide a generic price matrix.

However, our skeletal approach to hire out fees for such a venue will include a minimum bar take fee and a standard room hire fee with the addition of catering and entertainment if requested.

We will have as much input in your event as you want us to. We are happy to advise and guide you as we are here to ensure that your event runs smoothly and exceeds all expectations.
